Sivadas Narayanan is the CEO of ICON Centre for Training & Career Advancement Private Limited. He has an MBA from John F. Kennedy University, California, USA and a Masters' degree in Personnel Management from Loyola Collage, Chennai, India. He has been involved in the field of Human Resources Management for 17 plus years in the US, working with leading corporations like Xerox, Apple, Brocade to name a few. His expertise includes staffing companies from the ground up with teams that embrace strong corporate values and culture. He has helped build key global organizations for several startup companies based in Northern California. He is also the founding member and partner of ICON Global HR in California and the product architect of Headcount software a HRM tool.

Lakshmi D Chand : Director - Academics & Training

Lakshmi D Chand heads the academic and training division of ICON Centre for Training & Career Advancement Private Limited. She has over 18 years of experience in lecturing students of graduate and post graduate programs from Universities across the globe. Her areas of specialization include Accounting and Finance, Investment Management, Statistical Methods, Business Strategy etc. As an educationalist besides delivering courses, she has been actively involved in Program Evaluation and Review, Curriculum development and the accreditation processes with various Universities. Specifically trained in e-learning and instructional design, online delivery of the post graduate management program is also a significant part of her experience. Her ongoing assignment as Principal is to put into operation the first academic year of a B School in Kodaikanal.

Manavalan A Mathen : Head Business Operations & Administration

Manavalan A Mathen is the head of Business operations and administration at ICON. He comes to ICON Centre for Training & Career Advancement Private Limited after twenty two years at India's premier organization - TATA Steel. In 1985 he started his career with a short stint in their Marketing & Sales Division. In 1987, he moved to the Chairman & Managing Director's Office, where he was a key member in the Public Relations Department, responsible for all PR & Corporate Communication activities, including administration. A Commerce graduate from Loyola College, Chennai, India, he also holds a PG Degree in Social Work from the same institute.
